Privacy Policy
We take your privacy very seriously. We only ever use your data so that we can make what we do more helpful for you. For clarity “we” in this document is me, Tanya Gribble and anyone else working to deliver the services provided by Tanya Gribble Coaching.
This is what we need data for
1. Making our website better for you
We want to make our website as useful, relevant, easy to navigate and informative as possible. In order to do that we use Google Analytics. Google analytics holds all the data that is collected and they have their own privacy policy www.support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en). We look at how long people spend on each page, which page they look at first, how many pages they look at. We also look at whether it’s the first time people have visited our site or whether they have visited before as well as where people visiting our site are from.
2. Sending you information about ways to move better as well as details of our workshops and classes – our newsletter
We want to help you move better and move more! Our newsletters provide tips, tricks and information to move better as well as details of our workshops, classes and other services. We ask you for your name and email address via our mail service, mailchimp. Mailchimp stores your data securely for us and have their own privacy policy www.mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/). It goes without saying that we would never sell your details.
3. Working with you
When we work with you we ask you to fill out a paper coaching design and agreement so we can work effectively together.
We sometimes collect information via online questionnaires prior to events. This information is stored on google forms (see their privacy policy at www.policies.google.com) and is collected so we can make events as relevant as possible for you.
